Our Promoter Mr. Subhash Arora with vast experience over 20 years in the Industry and seven years in HR consulting in India and overseas and widely traveled to most of the part of the world - is a great visionary. With opening of economy he realised the potential of business opportunities available and hence the emergence of EXECUTIVE SEARCH in 1995.TALENT RESOURCE is the extension of HR services into “Temporary to Full time Employment”.
